Working with Ashtabula County - Small Business Seminar

NEO Fund and the Yongstown Buisness Incubator present a panel discussion  about how to work with the county for small businesses.  Commissioner J.P. Ducro, Auditor Scott Yamamoto, and Ashtabula County Township Association President Adam Niewiadomski will answer questions about licensing, zoning and other topics.
